Born and raised in Mississauga, daughter of immigrant parents who taught me many valuable principals. Most noteworthy the usefulness of being fluent in Portuguese and that investing in real estate was the way to a lucrative retirement.

In 2002 I became a first-time homeowner and bought my first pre-construction condo. I didn’t know it then, but real estate was going to be a big part of my life. After working at one of the top tier banks, becoming a paralegal and shifting gears slightly to working at a real estate law firm. I soon realized that all of my jobs surrounded real estate. So why not use my own experience and knowledge over the years to guide people to make high quality real estate decisions.

Being a landlord for nearly 20 years, I built my personal real estate portfolio and learned many lessons along the way. My unique perspective and strategies, boosts buyer’s chances on offer night, improves seller’s ability to earn maximum profit for their homes and allows first-time investors to build wealth through real estate like I did.
